Within the department, there is a Cystic Fibrosis Resource and Competence Center (CRCM) designed to welcome children, adolescents, and adults with this disease (a mixed child/adult center). The team includes doctors, physiotherapists, a dietician, a psychologist, and specialized nurses.

The service specializes in the management of hereditary metabolic disorders, phenylketonuria, amino acid disorders and storage diseases.

The service provides follow-up care for children born to HIV-positive mothers.

For several years, the department has been developing an activity focused on investigating allergic, cutaneous, digestive, and respiratory manifestations. Oral food and drug provocation tests are conducted on an outpatient basis.

The department receives all neuropediatric pathologies: childhood stroke , learning disabilities, psychomotor developmental delays, tics, seizures, neuromuscular pathologies…

The department treats all pathologies of the urinary tract and kidneys.

The service receives adolescents suffering from eating disorders, emotional distress, and unstable chronic illnesses.
