Care quality and safety indicators

Each year, the establishment collects and analyzes Care Quality and Safety Indicators (IQSS) developed by the French National Authority for Health.
These indicators are aimed both at users of the establishment and at healthcare professionals.
They evaluate the institution's action to improve the quality of patient care and to prevent the risk of infection.
