You can send this letter by mail or email. We will contact you after medical approval. In case of an emergency within 24 to 48 hours, your general practitioner can contact us by mobile phone (number provided by us or by the switchboard). We have implemented teleconsultation to meet the high demand. Please consult your general practitioner for more information.
