The JNRB 2024 was an opportunity to share the scientific advances of Normandy teams from basic research to clinical research.
Thank you to all the organizers and participants of this day who contributed to making this regional event a real success! In particular, thank you to all the researchers who presented their work, with a special mention for Dr. Amélie Blanchetière, from the Neonatology Department of the Caen Normandy University Hospital, affiliated with the DYNAMICURE UMR 1311 Unit, who won the prize for best oral presentation for her research entitled "NEOBIOME: Dynamics of nasal microbiome and interactions with respiratory viruses in neonatal intensive care unit," which captivated the audience!
Congratulations also to the 2 winners from Caen of the commented poster communications; Caroline Lahogue from the COMETE UMR 1075 unit for her work entitled "Pharmacokinetic and behavioral study in C57BL/6J mice of a new pleiotropic compound with therapeutic interest for Alzheimer's disease" and Ahmed Maouche for his poster entitled "Astn2 in osteoarthritis: genetic insights and implications for chondrocyte function and joint integrity" from the UR7451 BioConnect unit.
