Endometriosis Awareness Day

Understanding endometriosis, taking action for women's health!

Endometriosis affects many women, causing intense pain, often during menstruation, but also during sexual intercourse or outside of menstrual cycles. It can also lead to fertility problems.

Talking about it is essential for better understanding and treatment.

On March 5, as part of European Endometriosis Week, the teams from the Gynecology-Obstetrics and Reproductive Medicine of the Caen Normandy University Hospital welcome you, listen and advise you on this often taboo subject.

  • When: Wednesday, March 5th, from 2pm to 4pm
  • Where: Main hall of the University Hospital (south building - FEH )

This information session will be followed by a conference open to all: “Endometriosis: the keys to understanding”, led by Dr. Jamard , gynecologist-obstetrician, and Dr. Hecquard, pain specialist.

  • When: Wednesday, March 5th, from 6pm to 8pm
  • Where: Amphitheater Egg – Main Hall of the University Hospital (south building – FEH )

A day organised with the support of the EndoFrance association .
