World Autism Awareness Day

On the occasion of World Autism Awareness Day, professionals from the Autisme Normandie COM Resource Center (Calvados, Orne, Manche) are mobilizing in Caen, Alençon and Saint-Lô around several workshops, presentations , exchanges and training.

In the program

  • Tuesday April 2nd
2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., in the CRA premises
Doors open to caregivers: relaxation, introduction to shiatsu, workshop to present communication tools, shared snack.
The caregivers will be accompanied by CRA professionals during the afternoon. Participation of liberal professionals and those with autism in Lower Normandy.
  • Wednesday April 3
  • 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., Saint-Lô media library
    Immersive workshop presenting the particularities of autism and “living library” workshop.
  • 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., Alexis de Tocqueville library in Caen
    Presentation of the particularities of autism
  • 2:30 p.m. to 6 p.m., Decathlon Mondeville
    Presentation of the particularities of autism in the context of sport. Action in partnership with the ASPTT of Caen and liberal professionals.
  • 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m., in the CRA premises
    Introductory dance therapy workshop for autistic children and their parents. By reservation at 02 31 06 58 20/21, for individuals or small groups.
  • Thursday April 4
9 a.m. to 11 a.m., Saint-Lô media library
Health café with the CRA teams, in partnership with the CCAS , the GEM TSA 50 and the SAMSAH TSA 50 .
  • Thursday April 4 and Friday April 5
Pop-up shop, 20 rue aux Sieurs in Alençon.
Presentation of the particularities of autism and proposal for an immersive experience linked to SAMSAH TSA 61.
  • Friday April 5
9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Maurice Fouques gymnasium in Caen
Participation of the CRA in the sports Olympics. Organized by the ASPTT and four schools in the Caen area.
  • Wednesday April 10 afternoon
Conference: “Autism: the challenges of training to combat clichés”. Marie-Anna Paulais, psychologist, professional trainer
