THEY keep the university hospital running 

They are there, 24/7, serving others, in every department of the Caen Normandy University Hospital: care, research, training, administration, and logistics. On the occasion of March 8th, International Women's Day, the University Hospital wishes to thank all the professionals who make it possible for everyone to access healthcare, a fundamental right.

A photographic exhibition of portraits representing the diversity of professions and the importance of the missions of women working at the University Hospital is being offered exceptionally in the main hall – FEH , in the departments and online:

Who are they?

Medical staff: there are 1368 of them, representing nearly 58% of the medical staff, composed of doctors, interns and medical students.
There are 4104 of them, representing 79% of the paramedical, logistical, technical, administrative, socio-educational, medico-technical teams…

Thank you to the 5,472 women who care, train, innovate and make the Caen University Hospital proud.
