Autism: an asset for Normandy businesses

The European Disability Employment Week (EDEW) will take place from November 17 to 23, 2025.

The goal for one week is to bring together businesses, politicians, associations, civil society and job seekers with disabilities, and to give media visibility to the issue of employment for people with disabilities.

What if autistic characteristics brought advantages to the company?

This is what the debate evening organized by the Autism Resource Centre of the Caen Normandy University Hospital aims to illustrate, with the special participation of Mr. Jean-François Dufresne, promoter of a model for integrating autistic people into the Andros Society.

Various stakeholders in professional integration will be present (Agefiph / LADAPT / SAMSAH APAEI PAPF) . They will share their experiences on different ways to ensure a secure career path for people with autism.

The round table will offer several testimonies from employees, employers, and medical-social support workers, illustrating different examples of professional integration.

Interested or intrigued by these aspects of autism and these integration models? Join us at the MoHo Co-working space in Caen, Calvados, Rives de L'Orne district on Tuesday, November 18th from 6pm to 8pm.

Free conference.
