This 2024 edition brought together over 190 participants, allowing healthcare professionals and catering staff to exchange ideas on current topics presented by recognized experts. Among the subjects addressed were the necessary vigilance regarding the introduction of plant-based diets for vulnerable individuals, the optimization of muscle health through protein intake and physical activity, and the challenges related to the consumption of ultra-processed foods and food additives. This day of exchange and sharing enabled everyone to expand their knowledge and discover practical tools through hands-on workshops to improve patient care.
We warmly thank all the participants for their presence, as well as the speakers and facilitators for their valuable teachings and involvement, which helped to make this day a particularly enjoyable and convivial moment!
