Julien Henninger

College of Ethics

Julien Henninger has been an administrative magistrate since 2011. Assigned to the administrative court of Nancy then Strasbourg, he has notably experienced public health and civil service disputes. He also served for four years as director of legal affairs at Strasbourg University Hospital, in charge of ethics issues.
