Hospitalization can be a difficult test for a child, often forced to stay in bed long. To improve their daily lives, the Chu Caen Normandie Foundation wishes to equip the pediatric chambers with Fresk wall structures , innovative furniture favoring fun activities outside the bed with parents, in order to stimulate the awakening, creativity and well-being of hospitalized children.

These modular spaces offer young patients an alternative to bed by promoting their mobility , awakening and well-being .

Designed to integrate harmoniously into the hospital environment, these developments also offer a telework space for parents , allowing them to stay alongside their child while continuing their professional activities.

The acquisition of this Fresk furniture represents an essential advance for the pediatric services of the CAEN CHU. Its use will improve the management of young patients and their parents, by promoting autonomy and activity as well as telework.
