    Hospitalization

    During hospitalization, care is comprehensive, multidisciplinary and supported by theexpertise of professionals andaccess to specialized technical platforms : medical, curative and palliative care, rehabilitation and readaptation, prevention and therapeutic education actions, preparation and support for reintegration into family, social, school or professional life.

    Target audience

    Patients of all ages – children, adolescents and adults – presenting as a result of an accident or illness:

    • neurological damage (following a stroke, head trauma, etc.) ;
    • traumatic or polytraumatic injuries;
    • cardiovascular and/or respiratory damage;
    • spinal pathologies;
    • etc.
    How to access care

    The services provided are based on a medical prescription. This prescription is usually issued by the hospital physician following a hospital stay.

    The attending physician may also be the source of the medical prescription, particularly when the patient comes directly from their home or from a residential care facility, for example.
