Julien Henninger

College of Ethics

Julien Henninger has been an administrative judge since 2011. Assigned to the administrative courts of Nancy and then Strasbourg, he has dealt with public health and civil service litigation. He also served for four years as director of legal affairs at the Strasbourg University Hospital, in charge of ethics matters.
