Vaccination
from October 14 to November 17
2025-2026 Flu Vaccination Campaign
At the start of autumn, the risk of co-circulation of respiratory viruses requires protecting as many people as possible at risk of severe forms of influenza and Covid -19.
All healthcare professionals are encouraged to get vaccinated against the flu and Covid -19. This is both to protect themselves and to prevent transmission to vulnerable people being supported and treated within the facility.
Flu vaccination
As every year, volunteer doctors, pharmacists and biologists can organize flu vaccinations within their department.
Staff from departments not covered by this organization will be able to be vaccinated at the Occupational Health Service , without an appointment, from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday to Friday , from October 14 to November 17, 2025 .
It is also possible to make an appointment with the Occupational Health Service secretariat , during the service's opening hours.
Vaccination against Covid -19
Covid vaccinations are available to private professionals. Vaccines are also available at the University Hospital pharmacy.
Volunteer doctors, pharmacists, and biologists can organize staff vaccinations in the wards, following the same procedure as for the flu vaccination.
However, this vaccination cannot be provided by the Occupational Health Service .
The time limit to be respected after the last vaccination injection or Covid -19 infection is 6 months minimum .
