World Autism Awareness Day

In 2007, the United Nations General Assembly designated April 2 as a World Autism Awareness Day. Since then, considerable progress has been made in terms of awareness and acceptance of autism.

Open doors at the Normandy Autism Resource Center

On this occasion, the Regional Center Resources Autisme Normandie (CRA) is organizing an open day to present its actions, raise awareness and bringing together, associative and professional actors in the territory.

A volunteer from the association " Autisme Basse-Normandie " will present the premises via an increased alternative communication, a method adapted to people with autism spectrum disorders ( TSA )

The CRP also wishes to introduce this April 2, the equipment intended to be borrowed by people with TSA and their families. This equipment, quite expensive and funded by the "yellow pieces" in 2024 of the hospitals' foundation, can also be loaned in order to be tested at home.
