Normandy ethical reflection space

Normandy's ethical reflection space brings together specialists in human and social sciences, law, medical and paramedical disciplines and conducts actions for professionals and the general public in the field of health ethics. Created as part of the bioethics laws of August 6, 2004, the spaces for regional ethical reflection are key actors in bioethics and ethical reflection on French territory. There is one per region. It is up to them to contribute to developing a real ethical culture among health professionals, medico -social and also with the general public. Through their training, documentation and information, meetings and exchanges missions, they participate in the organization of public debates to promote information and consultation of citizens on health ethics issues. They also play a “regional observatories” role of ethical practices.
