During the 2018 National Rare Diseases Plan (PNMR3), the treatment center at the Caen Normandy University Hospital was recognized as a Resource and Competence Center for Constitutional Hemorrhagic Diseases (CRC-MHC).

The Caen center provides comprehensive care for people with constitutional bleeding disorders:

  • Clinical and biological diagnosis
  • Clinical and biological monitoring
  • Therapeutic Education Activities
  • Drafting treatment protocols
Training & Education

The Caen center also provides training and teaching activities on constitutional hemorrhagic diseases and clinical and basic research activities (therapeutic trials, PHRC…).
