    Composition of service

    A multi-professional team welcomes you 24 hours a day to take care of your child in the best conditions. The service team consists of:

    • 6 hospital practitioners
    • 1 regional specialist assistant
    • 21 state-certified nurses
    • Caregivers
  • Our support

    When you arrive at the pediatric emergency room
    1. Introduce yourself to the orientation and reception nurse who collects the first information (the diagnosis will be defined later by the doctor)
    2. Constitution of the administrative file (thanks to your vital card, your mutual insurance company, your identity card or family booklet)
    3. The nurse sees your child in the treatment room to perform first aid.
    4. Your child is taken care of by the medical team made up of hospital students (external and internal in medicine) and senior doctors.
    5. A stretcher-bearer can accompany you for additional examinations depending on your child's care needs.
    6. Depending on the diagnosis made, the doctor can continue the examinations or seek the advice of a specialist.
    7. The service may be required to keep your child in short-term hospitalization, the team will install you and explain to you how the service works for meals, television and visits...
    8. If the state of health requires monitoring for more than 24 hours, your child will be hospitalized in one of the specialized pediatric departments.

    Depending on the patient's state of health, care may be given priority and the medical and paramedical team will detach themselves in order to act as quickly as possible in the face of the state of health and the severity criteria of the consultation.
