The laboratory ensures the exploration of patients suffering from pathologies of the immune system or having an impact on the immune response . These include autoimmune diseases, immune deficiencies, monoclonal gammopathies, allergic diseases and monitoring of biotherapies. It is a reference laboratory for the exploration of anaphylactic reactions and hereditary immune deficiencies.

Histocompatibility ( HLA sector manages the care of donors and recipients for organ and hematopoietic stem cell transplants, HLA typing within the framework of HLA disease as well as the register of voluntary bone marrow donors. ( DVMO )

    • of autoimmunity autoantibodies linked to connectivitis, polyarthritis myositis, vasculitis, anti-phospholipids, endocrinopathies (thyroid, diabetes) digestive pathologies and hepatopathies, dysthyroidism, onconeuronal, autoimmune diseases of the skin .
    • dysglobulinemia: electrophoresis and immunofixation of immunoglobulins (in blood and urine) assays of immunoglobulins and light chains
    • acquired or hereditary immune deficiencies: standard and extended lymphocyte phenotyping, immunoglobulin class and subclass assays, vaccine responses
    • exploration of the complement : functional CH50 and weight
    • of allergy: dosage of specific IgE, exploration of anaphylactic reactions, basophil activation tests, multiallergenic chips
    • flow cytometry of bronchoalveolar washings and search for paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria clones
    • immunomonitoring of biotherapies by monoclonal antibodies, antibody dosage and immunization research, and by CAR-T
