Each year, more than 700 major heart operations on average are performed, including:

• myocardial revascularization surgery by coronary bypass ,
• valve surgery ( replacement or repair) ,
• surgery of the aorta and large vessels ,
• the valves through the transapical route or through the retrograde arterial route .
