This 2024 edition brought together more than 190 participants, allowing healthcare professionals and catering staff to discuss current themes, presented by recognized experts. Among the subjects covered: the necessary vigilance around the plant-based diet of vulnerable people, the optimization of muscular health through protein intake and physical activity, as well as the issues linked to the consumption of ultra-healthy foods. -processed and food additives. This day of discussion and sharing allowed everyone to enrich their knowledge and discover tools in practical workshops to improve patient care.
