The medical care service ( SMR ) ensures patients requiring rehabilitation and rehabilitation after hospitalization or chronic disease. Its main objective is to optimize the recovery of physical and functional capacities while ensuring suitable medical monitoring.

Our multidisciplinary teams support patients in their rehabilitation in order to allow them a return home or in a suitable structure in the best possible conditions .
