The Medical and Rehabilitation Care Service ( SMR ) at Caen Normandy University Hospital provides care for patients requiring rehabilitation and readaptation following hospitalization or a chronic illness. Its main objective is to optimize the recovery of physical and functional abilities while ensuring appropriate medical monitoring.

Our multidisciplinary teams support patients in their rehabilitation to enable them to return home or to a suitable facility in the best possible conditions .
