Tasks
The primary mission of the Rare or Early Dementia Competence Center is to ensure the diagnosis of fronto-temporal lobar degenerations, primary progressive aphasias, cortico-basal degenerations and progressive supranuclear palsies
Consulting
It is based on the consultations of the CMRR and the CEP , as well as the assessments carried out in day hospitalization within the Neurology department. Complex situations can be discussed, particularly during meetings (including e-staff open to all professionals in the region) organized by the CMRR and the CEP .
Education
It also develops a university teaching activity (Masters and DU in neuropsychology) and continuing training of professionals, as well as a research activity, within the framework of the INSERM · EPHE / University of Caen Basse-Normandie U1077 unit, Neuropsychology and imaging of human memory, NIMH.
